Terms of Service

Welcome to Leyber! These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Leyber platform operated by Cruto AB (org.no. 559330-3505), a Swedish limited company ("Leyber", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use our platform.

Leyber is a digital platform that connects construction industry companies with subcontractors. The platform enables: - Publishing of assignments and projects - Searching for subcontractors - Applying for assignments - Management of company profiles and portfolios Leyber acts only as an intermediary service and is not a party to agreements entered into between users.

To use Leyber, you must: - Be at least 18 years old - Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements - Represent a legitimate company with a valid organization number (for business accounts) - Provide accurate and complete information during registration We reserve the right to verify your identity and your company's legitimacy.

Registration: You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide is accurate, current and complete. You must update your account information if it changes. Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. One account per company: Each company may only have one active account on the platform.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you publish on Leyber, including company profiles, assignment descriptions, images and other material ("Your Content"). License to Leyber: By publishing content on the platform, you grant Leyber a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, store and distribute Your Content for the purpose of providing and marketing our services. Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that: - You have the right to publish all content you share - Your content does not infringe third-party rights - Your content is accurate and not misleading - Your content does not contain illegal, offensive or harmful material We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

You agree not to: - Use the platform for illegal purposes - Publish false, misleading or fraudulent information - Harass, threaten or discriminate against other users - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our infrastructure - Use automated systems or bots without our written consent - Copy, modify or distribute content from the platform without permission - Manipulate or interfere with the platform's functionality - Circumvent any security measures or feature limitations

Leyber facilitates contact between companies and subcontractors but is not a party to any agreements entered into between users. Users' Responsibility: - All agreements, terms and arrangements between users are entirely up to the parties involved - Users are responsible for verifying other users' competence, certifications and suitability - Payments, warranties and disputes are handled directly between the parties Leyber's Role: We only provide the platform and assume no responsibility for the quality of work performed, payments between users, or disputes that arise.

Current Pricing: Leyber is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future. Future Changes: If we introduce fees, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. You will then have the opportunity to terminate your account if you do not accept the new terms.

Leyber's Rights: Leyber owns all rights to the platform, including trademarks, logos, design, code and other material. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our intellectual property rights beyond what is required for normal use of the service. User Rights: You retain all rights to Your Content. Leyber makes no ownership claims to content you publish.

Service Provided "As Is": Leyber is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that: - The service will be uninterrupted or error-free - Information on the platform is accurate or complete - The platform will meet your specific needs Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Leyber is not liable for: - Indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit - Loss of data or business opportunities - Acts or omissions of other users - Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us during the last 12 months, or SEK 1000 if the service has been free.

Your Right to Terminate: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@leyber.com or through your account settings. Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you: - Violate these Terms - Use the platform in a way that harms other users or Leyber - Have been inactive for more than 3 years After Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease. We may retain certain information as stated in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If the parties cannot agree, the dispute shall be decided by Swedish general courts with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Leyber regarding the use of the platform. Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Leyber may assign its rights and obligations to a third party. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
